If you are near the Kızılay area, you can walk to the Monument to Ataturk. Head west on Atatürk Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Meşrutiyet Street. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the bus stop at 'Müze' (about 15-20 minutes). From there, you can catch Bus 123 towards Etimesgut and get off at 'Göksu' stop, then walk to the monument as described earlier.
