Walking
From the center of Göreme, head southwest on Müze Cd. for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Avcılar Cd. Turn left onto Avcılar Cd. Continue on this road for approximately 1.2 km. You will pass by the beautiful rock formations and fairy chimneys along the way. Keep an eye on the signs for 'Sword Valley' as you approach. The entrance to Sword Valley will be on your left, and you will see a small pathway leading into the valley.

If you prefer a more structured experience, consider joining a guided walking tour that includes Sword Valley. Many local tour companies offer half-day or full-day hikes that encompass various valleys in Cappadocia, including Sword Valley. You can book these tours through local travel agencies in Göreme. Prices typically range from 250 to 600 Turkish Lira per person, depending on the duration and inclusions of the tour.

Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous route, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Göreme. Follow the same route as above to Avcılar Cd., but you can cover the distance faster. The rental cost for a bicycle is usually around 100-150 Turkish Lira per day. Once you reach the junction, park your bicycle and walk the remaining distance into Sword Valley.
