From Göreme, you can take a minibus (dolmuş) to Ürgüp. The buses depart frequently from the main bus station. Once you arrive in Ürgüp, you can walk to Kılıçlar Vadisi. Head towards the town center and look for signs directing you to Ortahisar. Walk along the main road towards Ortahisar for about 2 kilometers until you reach Esentepe. Kılıçlar Vadisi will be in the direction of Ortahisar, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.
