From Didim town center, head south on Atatürk Boulevard towards the D555 highway. Continue on D555 for about 20 km. Take the exit towards Kıyıkışlacık/Milas. Follow the signs for Kıyıkışlacık, which will lead you to the village. Once you reach Kıyıkışlacık, follow the signs towards Iassos Ancient City. The site is approximately 5 km from the village. There are no entrance fees for the ancient city itself, but parking may cost around 10 TL.

From Didim, take a minibus (dolmuş) to Milas. The minibuses usually leave from the Didim bus terminal and the fare is approximately 20 TL. Once in Milas, transfer to a local minibus heading towards Kıyıkışlacık. The fare for this leg is about 10 TL. After arriving in Kıyıkışlacık, it's a 5 km walk to Iassos Ancient City. Be sure to check the schedule for returning minibuses to ensure you can get back to Didim.
