If you are in the city center of Konya, start at the Alaeddin Hill (Alaeddin Tepesi). From Alaeddin Hill, head southeast on Alaeddin Boulevard (Alaeddin Bulvarı) towards Şems Street (Şems Cd.). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Şems of Tabriz Mosque and Tomb. When you reach the intersection with Şems Street, turn left. The mosque and tomb will be on your right after a short walk.
