From the main entrance of your accommodation in Parrot Cay, head towards the beach area. Follow the path that leads you to the sandy shores, ensuring you keep the sea on your right side. Continue walking along the beach until you reach a fork in the path. Take the left path which leads away from the main area of the beach. After about a 15-minute walk, you will arrive at Alston Beach, known for its serene environment and clear waters.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from your accommodation and ride towards the main beach path. Keep the ocean on your right and pedal towards the quieter sections of the beach. After approximately 15 minutes of biking, you will find Alston Beach on your left. The ride is relatively flat and offers beautiful views of the coastline.

If you prefer a more scenic route, consider taking a small boat from Parrot Cay's dock. Head to the docking area near your accommodation and inquire about boat rides to nearby beaches. Once you board, inform the captain that you want to go to Alston Beach. The boat ride typically takes around 10 minutes and provides lovely views of the surrounding islands.
