Walking
From your accommodation in Parrot Cay, head towards the main path leading to Long Bay Beach. Follow the path until you reach the beach access point marked 'Swaying Palms'. Once you arrive at the beach, walk along the shoreline to the right until you see the Kite Provo Kiteboarding School, which is located at Long Bay Beach. The walk should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on your starting point.

Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle, start from your location in Parrot Cay and follow the designated bike paths towards Long Bay Beach. Ride along the path that leads to the beach access point 'Swaying Palms'. Once you reach the beach, you can park your bike at the designated area and continue on foot to the Kite Provo Kiteboarding School, which you will find to your right along the beach.

Golf Cart
If you have access to a golf cart, drive towards Long Bay Beach. Follow the signs for 'Swaying Palms public beach access'. Once you arrive at the beach access, park your golf cart in the designated parking area. From there, walk along the beach to the right until you reach the Kite Provo Kiteboarding School. The total drive and walk time should be around 5 to 10 minutes.
