Walking
From the center of Arua, head south on Main Street towards the Arua Bus Station. Once you reach the bus station, take a local boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to the nearest junction towards Olewa. Request the rider to drop you at the Olewa Falls trailhead.
Boda Boda
Once you are at the trailhead, begin your hike towards Olewa Falls by following the path leading into the forest. The trail can be slightly rugged, so make sure to wear appropriate footwear. Continue walking for about 30 minutes, keeping an eye out for signs or markers that indicate you are heading in the right direction.
Combination of Boda Boda and Walking
If you prefer a longer ride, after reaching the junction, you can ask the boda boda rider to take you closer to the falls, if they know the location. Many local riders are familiar with popular spots. After they drop you off, follow the remaining path on foot, which should take around 10-15 minutes.
