Drive towards the town of Kabale, which is approximately 60 km from the southern edge of Bwindi. Once in Kabale, continue on the main road towards Mbarara. After about 120 km, you will reach Mbarara. From Mbarara, take the road towards Soroti, which is approximately 140 km away. As you approach Soroti, look for signs indicating the direction to Pian Upe Game Reserve. The reserve is situated about 30 km from Soroti town. The total journey can take around 4-6 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Ensure you have enough fuel and check for any road conditions before setting out.
