If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Donets Ridge. Head east on the main road (H21) towards Luhansk Oblast. Once you reach the outskirts of Luhansk, look for signs to Naholʹchansʹkyy, which will guide you to the nature preserve. Note that parking might be limited, so look for designated areas near the entrance.

To reach Naholʹchansʹkyy by public transportation, start at the main bus station in Donets Ridge. Look for buses heading towards Luhansk. The fare is usually around 50 UAH. Once you arrive in Luhansk, transfer to a local bus or minibus that goes towards Naholʹchansʹkyy. The fare for this leg of the journey is approximately 20 UAH. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Naholʹchansʹkyy, as it is not a major bus stop.

For those who enjoy hiking, you can also walk from Luhansk to Naholʹchansʹkyy. This route will take you through beautiful natural landscapes. However, this option is only recommended for experienced hikers, as it requires navigating unmarked trails. The distance is roughly 15 kilometers from Luhansk, and you should allow at least 3-4 hours to complete the walk. Bring plenty of water and wear appropriate footwear.
