If you are starting from Kharkiv's central Freedom Square (Ploshcha Svobody), head east on Sumska Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by various shops and cafes. The Taras Shevchenko Monument will be on your left at Sumska St, 37, just before you reach the intersection with Klochkivska Street.
