Car
If you are driving from central Kyiv, take the E40 highway heading northwest towards Vyshhorod. Continue on E40 for approximately 20 km. Once you reach Vyshhorod, take the exit onto Naberezhna St. Follow Naberezhna St for about 2 km. The A stone seagull monument will be on your right near the waterfront. Parking is available nearby, but be cautious as spaces may be limited during peak tourist hours.

Public Transportation
From central Kyiv, head to the Taras Shevchenko Metro Station and take metro line M3 (the blue line) towards Akademmistechko. Get off at the last stop, which is Akademmistechko. From there, you can catch bus 416 or 455 heading towards Vyshhorod. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Naberezhna St' and walk approximately 10 minutes towards the waterfront where the A stone seagull monument is located. Look for signs directing you to the monument along Naberezhna St.
