If you are starting from the Sumy Railway Station, exit the station and head northeast on M. V. Lomonosova Street. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main road, Voskresenska Street. Turn left onto Voskresenska Street and continue walking for about 800 meters. You will see Pokrovskaya Square on your right. The Regional Museum of Art is located at the northwest corner of the square, at Pokrovskaya Square, 1.

From any location in Sumy, find a local bus or tram headed towards Pokrovskaya Square. Commonly, buses numbered 1 or 5 will take you close to the square. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you need to stop at Pokrovskaya Square. After disembarking, walk towards the square, and the Regional Museum of Art will be at Pokrovskaya Square, 1, right in front of you.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from the city center to Pokrovskaya Square. Start at the central square (Ploshcha Myru), head east on Kostiantynivska Street for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Voskresenska Street.
