Car
From any location within the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, head towards the nearest major road, which is the Dubai-Al Ain Road (E66). Follow the signs to exit the reserve. Once on E66, continue driving north for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Take the exit towards E311 and continue for another 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Sharjah and follow the signs leading you to Al Muntazah Street. Sharjah Beach will be located along Al Muntazah Street in the Al Fisht area.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can first take a taxi from the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve to the nearest metro station, which might be the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. The taxi will cost approximately 50-70 AED. From there, take the Metro to Union Station in Dubai. At Union Station, transfer to a bus that goes to Sharjah (Bus E700 is a common option). The bus fare is around 25 AED. Once you arrive in Sharjah, you can take a taxi to Al Muntazah Street, which will cost about 15-20 AED. Sharjah Beach is located right off Al Muntazah Street.
