If you are driving, start from the center of Dubai. Use the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) heading towards Abu Dhabi. After about 20 minutes, take the exit toward Al Ain Road (E66). Continue straight on Al Ain Road for approximately 30 kilometers. The Sevens Stadium will be on your right side. Look for the stadium signs for easy identification.

To reach The Sevens Stadium using public transport, start at the Al Ghubaiba Bus Station in Dubai. Take the E100 bus towards Abu Dhabi. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive at the Al Ain Road exit. From there, you will need to take a taxi as there are no direct public transport links to the stadium. The taxi ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver you're going to The Sevens Stadium, which is located along Al Ain Road (E66).
