If you're driving, head towards the Dubai Marina area. Once you are on Al Marsa Street, follow the signs towards Dubai Islands. Continue on Al Marsa Street until you reach the intersection with Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). Turn right onto JBR and follow the road until you see signs for Dubai Islands. The beach will be accessible from there with parking available nearby.

Take the Dubai Metro to the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) station. Once you exit the station, look for the bus stop at JLT. Board the F55 bus, which will take you directly to Dubai Islands Beach. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. After you get off the bus, follow the signs to the beach area, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
