Car
If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to Al Zarooni Building, located at Dubai Marina. Use your preferred navigation app and enter the coordinates 25.0694821, 55.1352961. Once you arrive, you can park in nearby public parking facilities available in the Marina area. Be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around AED 5 to AED 15 per hour depending on the location.

Public Transportation (Metro & Tram)
To reach the Tram view spot using public transportation, first, make your way to the nearest Dubai Metro station. If you are in Dubai Marina, the closest is the DAMAC Properties Metro Station on the Red Line. Board the metro heading toward UAE Exchange. After 2 stops, alight at the Jumeirah Lakes Towers Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Dubai Tram at the JLT Tram Station. Board the tram heading towards Al Sufouh. Alight at the 'Marina Towers' tram stop. The Tram view spot is just a short walk from the stop, heading towards Al Zarooni Building. This entire journey may take around 30 minutes and costs approximately AED 6 for the metro and AED 3 for the tram.

If you are already in the Dubai Marina area, and particularly if you are near the waterfront or the Marina Walk, you can simply walk to the Tram view spot. From the Marina Walk, head towards Al Zarooni Building which is located adjacent to the tram tracks. The walk should take you about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Enjoy the scenic views of the Marina as you stroll!
