Public Bus
From Sharjah, head to the nearest bus station, which is the Sharjah Central Bus Station. Look for buses heading towards Dubai. You can take Bus E303 or E307. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Alight at the Dubai Mall stop. Once you get off, follow the signs for the mall entrance. The Dubai Ice Rink is located on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall, next to the Ice Rink.

You can easily find a taxi in Sharjah. Simply hail a taxi from the street or ask your hotel to book one for you. Inform the driver that you want to go to Dubai Mall. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Once you arrive at the mall, look for signs directing you to the Ice Rink on the ground floor.

If you are in Dubai, you can take the Dubai Metro to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station (Red Line). After you exit the metro, follow the signs to the Dubai Mall. Once inside the mall, navigate to the ground floor where you will find the Dubai Ice Rink located next to the Ice Rink area.
