Tube
If you're near a London Underground station, take the Jubilee Line (grey line) towards Stratford. Alight at London Bridge Station. From the station, exit onto Borough High Street and head east towards the River Thames. Cross the road and walk south along the riverbank. Tower Bridge will be visible ahead as you approach.

Look for a nearby bus stop and take either bus 15 or 42 towards the Tower of London. Alight at the stop called 'Tower Hill'. From there, walk east towards Tower Bridge Road. As you walk, you will see Tower Bridge straight ahead. Cross the road when you reach the bridge.
