Walking
Start from Stirling city centre. Head south on the A9 towards the bus station. Follow the signs for the train station and take the train to Edinburgh Waverley. Once you arrive at Edinburgh Waverley, exit the station onto Waverley Bridge. Turn right and walk along the bridge until you reach the junction with Princes Street. From there, continue straight ahead onto the Royal Mile. Lawnmarket will be a few minutes' walk further down the Royal Mile on your left.

From Stirling city centre, head to the bus station on Goosecroft Road. Look for the Lothian Buses service (such as the 38 or the 47) that goes directly to Edinburgh. After approximately 1 hour, you will arrive at the Edinburgh Bus Station. From there, walk towards Waverley Bridge, turn right, then continue straight onto the Royal Mile. Lawnmarket will be on your left after a short walk.

From Stirling train station, board a train heading to Edinburgh Waverley. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Edinburgh Waverley, exit the station and walk towards Waverley Bridge. Turn right and proceed straight to join the Royal Mile. Continue walking along the Royal Mile and Lawnmarket will be on your left side.
