Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Stirling city center, head south on Dumbarton Road (A811) towards the river. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights. Cross the junction and take the first right onto Spittal Street. Walk along Spittal Street; The Atheneum is located at number 2 on your right-hand side, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center.

    From the Stirling bus station, take any bus heading to the city center. Alight at the stop near the Old Town Jail. From there, walk south along the A811, and then take a right onto Spittal Street. The Atheneum is located at 2 Spittal St, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.

    If you arrive at Stirling train station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk down the pedestrian path towards the A811 (Dumbarton Road). Once you reach the A811, turn left and walk until you reach the first set of traffic lights.
