From the center of Aigua, head northwest on Route 8 (Ruta 8) towards Route 39 (Ruta 39). Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 39. Turn left onto Route 39 and follow it for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Villa Serrana. Continue straight onto Camino a Villa Serrana and follow the road until you see the signs for Baño de la India, located at M2C9+RXH, Tembetarii. There is usually parking available nearby.

Take a bus from Aigua to Villa Serrana. Buses are available from the main terminal in Aigua. The fare is approximately $100 UYU (Uruguayan Pesos). The journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Villa Serrana, you can either walk (approximately 2 kilometers) to Baño de la India or take a local taxi, which should cost around $200 UYU. Walking is a scenic option, but be prepared for some uphill roads.
