From there, walk east on Calle 25 de Mayo until you reach Plaza San Fernando, which is a small square. Continue straight on Calle 25 de Mayo, which will turn into Calle Sarandí. Follow Calle Sarandí until you reach the intersection with Calle Arturo Santana. Turn right onto Calle Arturo Santana, and you will find Plaza Torre del Vigia at number 911 on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)

Locate the nearest bus stop serving local routes in Maldonado. You can take any bus that heads towards the Centro area. Inform the driver that you want to get off near Plaza San Fernando. Once you disembark, walk east on Calle 25 de Mayo until you reach Plaza San Fernando. Then, continue straight on Calle 25 de Mayo until it becomes Calle Sarandí, and follow it to Calle Arturo Santana. Turn right onto Calle Arturo Santana, and Plaza Torre del Vigia will be located at number 911 on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the central area of Maldonado and ride towards Avenida Roosevelt. From there, take Calle 25 de Mayo eastward until you reach Plaza San Fernando.
