City Tour, the best option for small groups
A great overview of the city
Javier met us on time and took us on a well planned tour of Montevideo. He has great knowledge of Montevideo history. He was really helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Javier and his tour of Montevideo for cruise ship travellers.

Comprehensive overview of Montevideo and Uruguay and lots of information/history. 4 short stops at interestingly points and comgory break halfway. Little amount of walking but nothing too far. Our guide Rodriguez was excellent and easy to find to join the tour.
