Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're staying in the center of Bukhara, start at the Lyab-i-Hauz complex, which is a popular gathering place. From there, head northeast along the main street, Bukhara Street. Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Khodja Nurob Street. Turn left onto Khodja Nurob Street and continue walking straight. After approximately 300 meters, you will see a sign for Pokoi Emira on your right. Follow the sign, and it will lead you directly to the entrance of Pokoi Emira.

  • Public Transportation

    From the main market area (Toki Zargaron), find the nearest public bus stop. Take bus number 1 or 2, which goes towards the outskirts of the city. Get off at the stop near the Bukhara State University. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Head southeast on Juma Street and then take a left onto Khodja Nurob Street. Continue walking until you see the sign for Pokoi Emira on your left.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops near the Ark of Bukhara. Head east on Bukhara Street, then turn right onto Khodja Nurob Street.
