Start at the Jizzakh city center, near the Jizzakh regional museum. Head northeast on Pushkin Street towards the intersection with Alisher Navoi Street. Turn left onto Alisher Navoi Street and continue walking for about 1 km. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the intersection with 3RX8+F7, you will find Baxshi haykali located at the end of the road. The statue should be visible from a distance.

From the Jizzakh bus station, take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Alisher Navoi Street', which is approximately 10 minutes away. Once you disembark, walk northeast on Alisher Navoi Street for about 1 km. Look for the intersection with 3RX8+F7, which will lead you to Baxshi haykali.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Jizzakh. Start from the city center and head northeast along Pushkin Street. After about 1 km, turn left onto Alisher Navoi Street. Continue riding straight for another 1 km until you reach the intersection with 3RX8+F7. Baxshi haykali will be at the end of the road, easily visible.
