If you are starting from the historic center of Khiva, head towards the West Gate (Ota Darvoza) of the Ichan Kala, the old town. Once you exit through the gate, turn left. Walk straight along the main street (A. Navoi Street) until you reach the intersection with Markaz Street. Turn right onto Markaz Street, and you will find Khiva INDI Guest House at number 1 on your left side.

If you are near the Khiva Bazaar, start by walking towards the East, following the road that leads to the Ichan Kala. Once you reach the Ichan Kala, continue straight until you reach the West Gate (Ota Darvoza). Exit through the gate, turn left, and walk along A. Navoi Street until you reach Markaz Street. Turn right here, and Khiva INDI Guest House will be at number 1 on your left.
