Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu. Head north on the main road (the only major road) towards the village of Efate. Keep driving for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the turn-off for Matevulu, which is marked by a sign on the left. Turn left onto the unpaved road leading to Matevulu Blue Hole. Drive carefully as the road can be bumpy. After about 10 minutes, you'll see the entrance to the Blue Hole on your right. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Matevulu Blue Hole via public transportation, take a bus from Port Vila heading towards the northern villages. Inform the driver that you are going to Matevulu. The bus ride will take around 30 to 45 minutes. Request to be dropped off at the Matevulu Blue Hole turn-off. From there, you will need to walk along the unpaved road for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance. Be prepared for a short walk as public transport cannot take you directly to the site.
