From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and head towards the entrance of the Vatican City. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Keep walking straight, passing the square, and take the first left onto Via della Conciliazione. Walk down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the end, where it meets the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once you cross, take a left onto Lungotevere Castello, and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giuseppe Zanardelli. Turn right onto Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, and your destination, Eat and Walk Italy at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14, will be on your left.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and make your way to the nearest bus stop located on Via di Porta Angelica. Take Bus 492 towards the 'Piazza Venezia' direction. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at 'Piazza Navona'. From there, walk towards Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, which is approximately a 5-minute walk. Head southwest on Piazza Navona, then turn onto Corso del Rinascimento. Continue straight until you reach Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, where you will find Eat and Walk Italy at number 14.
