Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican City. Once you are outside, turn right and walk towards the street called Via di Porta Angelica. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue along this road until you reach the Tiber River.
