From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the same entrance you came in. Once outside, head towards the main pathway that leads you towards St. Peter's Basilica. Keep walking straight, passing through the Vatican Museums exit. After exiting, continue straight until you reach the large open square in front of St. Peter's Basilica. From there, take a left onto Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will see the Passetto di Borgo on your right side as you approach Castel Sant'Angelo.

If you prefer a more scenic route, exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the Vatican Gardens. Once you exit the gardens, walk towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. After visiting the basilica, walk back towards Via della Conciliazione, then make a right towards the Tiber River. Follow the riverbank until you reach Ponte Sant'Angelo, and then cross the bridge to access the Passetto di Borgo.
