Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight onto Viale Giulio Cesare. The destination, Rome and Italy Tours Miles&Miles, will be on your left at Viale Giulio Cesare, 223. It should take around 15-20 minutes to walk there.

Public Transport
After leaving the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Look for Bus Line 81 or Bus Line 982, which both head towards Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. Board the bus and get off at the stop called 'Cavalleggeri/Gregorio VII'. From there, walk straight onto Viale Giulio Cesare, and Rome and Italy Tours Miles&Miles will be located at number 223 on your left. The total journey time will take about 15-25 minutes depending on the bus schedule.
