Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). At the square, head towards the left side and continue walking past the colonnade. After a few minutes, you will reach the bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Here, you can take a bus towards Via Casperia, 31.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk towards the Vatican Museums' main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight until you reach the bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. From there, board Bus 81 or Bus 492. Make sure to check the bus signs for the correct route. Get off at the stop 'Via Casperia' and walk a short distance to Via Casperia, 31. The destination will be on your left.
