Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the entrance gate. Once outside, walk towards the Metro station Ottaviano. Enter the station and take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Termini station. At Termini, transfer to the Metro Line B (the blue line) towards Rebibbia. After 20 minutes, get off at the Ponte Mammolo station. Exit the station and find the bus stop for the COTRAL bus towards Tivoli. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride to Tivoli, which will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the Largo Marguerite Yourcenar stop, and you will find Villa Adriana just a short walk away.

After exiting the Sistine Chapel, walk towards the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 81 towards 'Largo di Torre Argentina'. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the Termini station. From Termini, locate the COTRAL bus terminal, and board a bus towards Tivoli. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes, and you will alight at Largo Marguerite Yourcenar, which is just a few minutes away from Villa Adriana.
