Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, passing the entrance to the Vatican Gardens on your left. As you approach the intersection with Via Leone IV, continue walking straight onto Via Ottaviano. After about 5 minutes, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you towards St. Peter's Square. At the square, you can take a moment to enjoy the view of St. Peter's Basilica before continuing your journey. To reach Piazza della Suburra, you will need to take public transportation or continue walking towards the nearest metro station.
