From the exit of the Sistine Chapel, head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the entrance plaza, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. At this point, you will see St. Peter's Basilica directly in front of you. Cross Via della Conciliazione and head towards the basilica. After visiting, you can continue your exploration in the surrounding area.

If you are looking to reach the nearby Ponte, exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Once outside, turn right and walk along the walls of the Vatican City until you reach the end of the walls. At the end, turn left onto Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and head towards the river. Follow the path down to the Ponte, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Tiber River.
