    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, take the right exit towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Sant'Angelo Bridge) and continue walking along the riverside. After crossing the bridge, keep walking straight until you reach Piazza Navona. At Piazza Navona, head towards Via del Corso and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Spagna. Turn right onto Via di Spagna, and you will find yourself in Piazza di Spagna.

    Alternatively, from the Sistine Chapel, head to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. Walk straight along Viale Giulio Cesare, which will lead you to the station. Take Metro Line A towards Anagnina and get off at Spagna station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to Piazza di Spagna, which will be just a short walk away.

    You can also take a bus from the Vatican area. From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the bus stop at Via della Conciliazione. Take Bus 81 or 982 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza di Spagna'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the famous Spanish Steps.
