    Getting There

    Walking

    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Exit the square and walk straight across the Via della Conciliazione, which leads you away from the Vatican. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. At this point, turn right and follow the riverbank. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the Ponte Sisto bridge. Cross the bridge, and once on the other side, turn left onto Via di Porta Settimiana. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Testaccio, which will be on your right.

    Bus

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Via della Conciliazione. Take the bus number 70 towards 'Termini' and get off at the stop 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. From there, transfer to bus number 75 in the direction of 'Battistini' and get off at 'Piazza Testaccio'. You will be dropped off right at the square.

    Metro

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the Ottaviano Metro Station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Exit St. Peter's Square and head towards the Vatican Museums. Continue onto Via Ottaviano until you reach the station. Take the Metro Line A towards 'Anagnina' and get off at 'Termini'. From Termini, transfer to Metro Line B towards 'Laurentina' and get off at 'Piramide'. Exit the station and walk to Piazza Testaccio, which is about a 10-minute walk from here.
