Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Walk straight down the Via della Conciliazione, which is the main road leading away from the square. Continue walking until you reach the first major intersection with Via dei Santissimi Apostoli. Turn right onto Via dei Santissimi Apostoli and keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end of Via dei Santissimi Apostoli, turn left onto Via Garigliano. Continue walking until you reach number 66, where Romecabs is located on your right.
Public Transport
From St. Peter's Square, walk towards the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione, which is about a 5-minute walk. Once at the bus stop, take bus number 870 towards 'Piazza Cavour'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Milizie/Claudio' stop. From there, walk straight along Via Milizie, then turn right onto Via Garigliano. Romecabs will be located at number 66 on your left.
