    From St. Peter's Square, face the large basilica (St. Peter's Basilica) and walk straight towards the colonnades. Exit the square through the main entrance, which is located at the front of the basilica. Once you are out of the square, continue straight ahead on Via della Conciliazione. Walk for about 10 to 15 minutes until you reach the Tiber River. Ponte Garibaldi will be on your left, crossing the river. Look for the large stone bridge with decorative arches and enjoy the view as you cross.

    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you exit the square, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take bus number 23 or 280 in the direction of 'Piazza della Repubblica'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Ponte Garibaldi'. From there, the bridge will be easily visible, just a short walk ahead.
