From the entrance of the Vatican Museums, head straight towards the exit which leads to the Vatican City. As you exit, you will be directed towards the Vatican Gardens on your left. Continue straight until you reach the large open space of St. Peter's Square (Piazza San Pietro). This area is clearly marked and will be bustling with activity. The Bernini Fountain is located right in the center of St. Peter's Square, surrounded by the iconic colonnades designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. You will see the fountain prominently on your right as you approach the basilica.
