Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk towards Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via di Porta Angelica, which will eventually lead you to Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this street until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, you can take a bus or a train to Tivoli.

After reaching Castel Sant'Angelo, walk to the nearby bus stop located at Lungotevere Castello. Take the bus number 280 towards 'Piazzale Flaminio'. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach 'Piazza dei Cinquecento'. From there, transfer to the Metro Line A (Red Line) at 'Termini' station. Take the Metro towards 'Anagnina' and get off at 'Tiburtina' station. Once at Tiburtina, take the train to 'Tivoli' and after about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Tivoli station.
