After 7 stops, get off at the Termini station. At Termini, transfer to the regional train services (Trenitalia) towards Orte or Viterbo. After approximately 50 minutes, get off at the Castel Sant'Elia station. From the station, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Castel Sant'Elia.
