Walking
From Vatican Pinacoteca, exit the museum and head south towards Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Turn left onto Via Leone IV and walk until you reach the intersection with Via Ottaviano. Turn right onto Via Ottaviano and continue walking straight. After a few minutes, you will come to Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, head east along Via della Conciliazione, taking in the sights as you walk. After approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive at P.za Colonna.

Bus
From Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 49 in the direction of Piazza Venezia. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop called 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II'. From there, walk a few minutes east along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II until you reach P.za Colonna.

Metro
From Vatican Pinacoteca, walk to the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station located on Via Ottaviano. Take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. After 3 stops, get off at the 'Termini' station. At Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and travel towards Laurentina. Get off at the 'Colosseo' stop. From there, exit the station and walk approximately 10 minutes towards P.za Colonna.
