From the main parking areas in Camel's Hump State Park, head southeast on Camel’s Hump Road. Follow the road until you reach the intersection with VT-100. Turn left onto VT-100 North and continue for approximately 4.5 miles. Then, turn right onto Huntington Road, which will lead you into the town of Huntington. Continue straight until you see signs for Camel's Hump Forest Reserve, located on the left. The entrance is approximately 1 mile down Huntington Road.

Walking from Camel's Hump State Park to Camel's Hump Forest Reserve is not recommended due to the distance and road conditions. However, if you choose to walk, exit the park onto Camel’s Hump Road, proceed to VT-100 North, and then to Huntington Road. The walk is approximately 6 miles and could take over two hours, so prepare accordingly with water and snacks.
