If you're starting from the Can Tho Market, head south on Đ. 30 Tháng 4 towards Đ. Nguyễn Thái Học. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Đ. Hòa Bình. Turn left onto Đ. Hòa Bình. The Can Tho Museum will be on your right after about 200 meters.

You can hire a cyclo from popular spots like Ninh Kieu Pier. Tell the driver 'Can Tho Museum' or 'Bảo tàng Cần Thơ', and they will take you down Đ. Hòa Bình. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop. From the center of Can Tho, head towards Ninh Kieu Pier. From the pier, take Đ. Hòa Bình. Follow this road for about 800 meters, and you will see the Can Tho Museum on your right.

Take Bus Number 5 from the Can Tho Bus Station. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Đ. Hòa Bình. From there, walk about 300 meters south along Đ. Hòa Bình, and the museum will be on your right.
