If you are in the city center, head towards Bạch Đằng Street. Start from the Dragon Bridge (Cầu Rồng); walk east towards the river along Trần Hưng Đạo street until you reach the intersection with Bạch Đằng. Turn left onto Bạch Đằng Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will find 'Place & names in English' located at 32 Bạch Đằng, Thạch Thang, Hải Châu, Da Nang.
