Getting There

• Bus

  From Da Nang city center, head to the nearest bus station, which is located at 156 Lê Duẩn. Take bus number 1 towards Sơn Trà. The bus will take you along the coast, offering scenic views. Get off at the 'Bến xe Đà Nẵng' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk north along Phạm Văn Đồng street for about 10 minutes. Tượng Mẹ Âu Cơ will be on your left, situated on a hill overlooking the sea.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city center. Start your journey on Nguyễn Văn Thoại street heading towards My Khe Beach. Continue cycling along the coastal road until you reach Phạm Văn Đồng street. Turn left and ride for approximately 1 km. Tượng Mẹ Âu Cơ will be on your right, easily visible from the road.

• Walking

  If you're close to the beach area, you can walk to Tượng Mẹ Âu Cơ. From My Khe Beach, head north on Phạm Văn Đồng street. The walk is about 1.5 km and takes roughly 20-25 minutes. You will see Tượng Mẹ Âu Cơ when you get closer, as it is a prominent landmark on the hill.

• Taxi

  For a more convenient option, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Da Nang. Simply tell the driver 'Tượng Mẹ Âu Cơ' or provide the address: Phạm Văn Đồng, Phước Mỹ, Sơn Trà, Đà Nẵng. The drive will take around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are widely available and can be found near major hotels and tourist areas.
