If you are driving from the center of Ha Long Bay, head southwest on Đường Hạ Long toward Đường Tuần Châu. Continue on Đường Tuần Châu for approximately 5 km. Follow signs for Tuần Châu Island. You'll see the entrance to the island where you can park your car. Parking fees may apply, usually around 20,000 VND per hour.

You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Ha Long Bay. Simply tell the driver 'Tuần Châu' or show them the address WXCR+X4C, Ngọc Châu, Tuần Châu. The fare should be around 100,000 to 150,000 VND depending on your starting point and traffic conditions.

Take a local bus from Ha Long City to Tuần Châu. Look for bus number 14, which runs frequently. The fare is about 15,000 VND. The bus will drop you off at the entrance to Tuần Châu Island. From there, it is a short walk to the boat tour agencies.

For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorbike. Rental shops are available throughout Ha Long Bay. After renting, head southwest on Đường Hạ Long and follow the same route to Tuần Châu Island. Rental costs are around 100,000 VND per day.
