If you are in Ha Long City, start by heading towards Tuần Châu Island. From the center of Ha Long, you can walk to the Tuần Châu ferry terminal. It's about a 30-40 minute walk depending on your starting point. Once at the ferry terminal, you can take the road leading to Tuần Châu. Continue along this road until you reach Cặp Bè Street. The Ha Long View Point is located at 65 Cặp Bè, which is a short walk from the main road.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Ha Long. Cycle towards the Tuần Châu area. Follow the main road heading out of the city towards the Tuần Châu ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, take the road leading to Tuần Châu. Keep cycling until you reach Cặp Bè Street. Ha Long View Point is located at 65 Cặp Bè. The ride will take you approximately 20-30 minutes.

To reach Ha Long View Point using public transportation, locate a local bus that goes to Tuần Châu Island. The bus stops are usually near major hotels or at bus stations in Ha Long. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you wish to go to Tuần Châu. After reaching Tuần Châu, get off at the nearest stop and walk towards Cặp Bè Street.
